Atishay Dayal, founder and director of Headway Productions, is a seasoned film professional with almost 20 years of experience, bringing a unique blend of technical understanding, strong leadership, and creative sensitivity to every project. He possesses a deep understanding of the filmmaking process—from pre-production to post-production.

His career spans various production roles across feature films, short films, and advertisements. He has worked with leading production houses including Excel Entertainment, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Vinod Chopra Films, honing his skills in resource management, problem-solving, and coordination. Starting with production assistance on feature films like 3 Idiots (Rajkumar Hirani) and
Luck by Chance (Zoya Akhtar), Atishay progressed to key roles such as Production Controller on Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara
(Zoya Akhtar). He then transitioned to Line Producer, contributing
to large-scale productions including Happy New Year (Farah Khan), Singh is Bling (Prabhu Deva), Daddy (Ashim Ahluwalia), and Zero (Aanand L. Rai).

He has a proven ability to manage complex logistics in diverse locations in India as well as abroad, including Spain, Romania, UK, USA and South Africa. Beyond feature films, Atishay has worked on producing the award-winning short film No Anaesthesia (Karan Tejpal) as well as the Think Festival by Tehelka.
His expertise extends to advertising, having produced and worked on numerous ad films for well-known brands. This extensive and varied experience, combined with his dedication to quality and collaborative teamwork, makes Atishay a valuable asset to any film production.
